Your Membership

Your Score Guardians membership includes:

  • Credit scores from all three bureaus — Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion

Score Guardians monitors all three national credit bureaus: Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. You get reports and scores from each one, which is important because not all lenders report to every bureau — seeing all three gives you a complete picture of your credit standing.

Yes. Your Score Guardians member dashboard is fully accessible from any device with a web browser — desktop, laptop, smartphone, or tablet. There is no separate app to install; simply log in at scoreguardians.com from any device.

No. Score Guardians is a credit monitoring service — not a credit repair organization. We do not dispute items on your behalf, contact creditors for you, or guarantee any improvement to your credit score. We are not a credit clinic, credit repair service, or credit services organization as those terms are defined by law.

What we do provide is visibility: access to your three-bureau reports and scores, continuous monitoring, and alerts when something changes — so you have the information you need to make your own informed financial decisions.

Not necessarily. The scores in your Score Guardians dashboard are educational scores intended to give you a reliable indicator of your credit standing across all three bureaus. Lenders may use a different scoring model or a model version tailored to the type of credit they offer (mortgage, auto, credit card, etc.).

Your dashboard scores are an excellent gauge of your overall credit health — just understand they may not be the exact number a specific lender pulls when you apply.

Credit data and scores are sourced from the three national bureaus — Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion — and delivered through our data provider, Array. After your identity is verified at enrollment, your reports and scores are available online for immediate, secure access.

Billing

Score Guardians is $19.99 per month. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. There are no annual contracts, no setup fees, and no hidden charges.

Your first $19.99 charge is processed at the time you complete enrollment. Subsequent monthly charges are billed on the same calendar date each month going forward. If your enrollment date falls on a day that does not exist in a given month (e.g., the 31st), the charge will process on the last day of that month.

You can update your credit or debit card on file by logging into your account at scoreguardians.com and navigating to the Billing section of your account settings. If you need assistance, call our customer service team at (855) 472-6734 during business hours.

Yes. A billing confirmation email is sent to the email address on your account each time a monthly charge is processed. You can also view your full billing history by logging into your account and visiting the Billing History section of the My Account page.

Cancelling

Cancelling is as easy as signing up. You have two options:

  • Online (fastest): Log in at scoreguardians.com, go to My Account, and cancel under the Billing History section. Cancellation takes effect immediately — no future charges will be made — and you keep full access through the end of your current paid billing period.
  • By phone or email: Call us at (855) 472-6734 or reach out via our contact page. Phone support hours are Monday–Friday 8 AM – 8 PM ET and Saturday 9 AM – 5 PM ET. Please have your Member ID, name, and the address used at enrollment ready to speed things up.

Cancellations take effect immediately. Once cancelled, no future charges will be made to your payment method. Your access to the member dashboard will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period, after which access will end.

No. There are no cancellation fees and no early termination penalties. You can cancel at any time for any reason.

We do not offer refunds or prorated refunds upon cancellation. Your membership continues through the end of the period already paid for. For full details on our refund policy, see our cancellation policy page.

Yes. Call our customer service team at (855) 472-6734 during business hours and we will be happy to assist you with reactivating your account. You may be asked to re-verify your identity as part of the reactivation process.

Account & Security

Log in at scoreguardians.com/customer_login.asp using the email address and password you created during enrollment. If you forget your password, use the password reset link on the login page — a reset email will be sent to your address on file within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive promptly.

Because your credit reports contain sensitive personal and financial information, we are required to verify that you are who you say you are before granting access. This is done through knowledge-based authentication (KBA) — a set of questions drawn from public and credit-file data that only you should be able to answer (for example, questions about a past address or a loan you held).

This step protects you: it ensures that nobody else can access your credit information by simply knowing your name and address.

We take the security of your information seriously. Your data is protected using TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption in transit and strong encryption at rest — the same standards used by financial institutions — and stored in secured, access-controlled systems. After successfully completing enrollment and identity verification, you will be automatically directed to your member dashboard where your scores and reports are immediately available. You will also receive a welcome email at your address on file containing your login credentials and a summary of your membership benefits.

If you do not receive the welcome email within 24 hours, check your spam or junk folder and add noreply@scoreguardians.com to your safe senders list. If you still have not received it after 24 hours, contact us at (855) 472-6734.
