At Score Guardians we believe canceling a subscription should be as simple as signing up for one. You may cancel your monthly membership at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee and no waiting period. This page explains exactly how to cancel, when cancellation takes effect, and what you can expect regarding refunds.
Online cancellation is as easy as signup. The entire process takes under two minutes and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Prefer to speak with someone? Call us at (855) 472-6734. Our support team can process your cancellation while you are on the phone and confirm it before the call ends. Please have the email address associated with your account ready to expedite verification.
Support hours: Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 8 PM Eastern Time, and Saturday 9 AM – 5 PM Eastern Time. If you call outside business hours, leave a message with your full name, registered email, and the word "cancellation." We will process your request and send a confirmation email the next business day. Your billing date will be noted to ensure no additional charge is made in the interim.

We will process email cancellations within one business day and send a confirmation reply. We recommend keeping that confirmation for your records.
Regardless of which cancellation method you use, your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period — that is, the last day of the month or subscription cycle you have already paid for.
For example: if your billing date is the 10th of each month and you cancel on the 22nd, your membership will remain active and your credit monitoring will continue through the 9th of the following month. You will not be charged again after that date.
You will not lose access immediately upon canceling. You retain full member benefits — three-bureau monitoring, dashboard access, and credit alerts — through the end of your paid period.
There is never a fee for canceling. You will not be penalized for canceling at any time.
Score Guardians does not provide prorated or partial-month refunds on your current billing period. Because you retain full access to the Service through the end of that period, the monthly fee you have already paid covers the remaining days of your membership.
Notwithstanding the above, we will issue a refund where required by applicable state or federal law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund based on the laws of your state, please contact us using the information in Section 7 and we will review your situation.
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, after a confirmed cancellation or due to a technical billing error — please contact us right away. We will investigate promptly and issue a corrective refund if a billing error occurred. See Section 6 below for how to report a billing dispute.
If you have a question about a charge or want to dispute a billing transaction, contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We can often resolve billing issues faster than the bank dispute process, and resolving directly with us avoids any account complications.
